You'll be at the forefront of assisting customers building amazing digital experiences using Contentful's cutting-edge technologies. You'll identify and troubleshoot Contentful-related issues, resolving them through ticket-based assistance and escalating when necessary.   • Provide ticket-based technical support to customers

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing support roles
  • Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
  • Troubleshooting in one or more: JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift
  • Understanding of web and mobile app development
