You'll be at the forefront of assisting customers building amazing digital experiences using Contentful's cutting-edge technologies. You'll identify and troubleshoot Contentful-related issues, resolving them through ticket-based assistance and escalating when necessary. This role offers the chance to work with large-scale customers relying on Contentful for mission-critical applications.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide ticket-based technical support to customers
- Identify and troubleshoot Contentful-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering team
- Create and improve internal support processes
π Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing support roles
- Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations
- Troubleshooting in one or more: JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, Python, Objective-C, or Swift
- Understanding of web and mobile app development
