💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily clinic operations and support BCBA teams at Kind Behavioral Health, providing life-changing ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll build community partnerships, conduct interviews, and review operational dashboards to drive improvement. Relocation assistance is available for this onsite leadership role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support in clinic operations
• Conduct interviews and participate in outreach events
• Review intake packets and support client-BCBA pairings
• Lead RBT performance conversations and 1:1 supervision meetings

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• Good standing on BCBA metrics including attributable hours and cancellation trends

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with relocation or new clinic setup
• Prior experience leading RBT supervision
• Knowledge of KBH values and culture building
