💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated growth engineer, owning the data foundation that every team relies on. You'll design dimensional models, establish dbt standards, and build pipeline observability to make data self-serve. This role spans Comfy Cloud usage, open-source telemetry, and billing data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the warehouse end-to-end, designing dimensional models and dbt conventions.
• Build observability with alerting, lineage, and freshness monitoring.
• Catch data quality problems with controls and tests at the source.
• Make data self-serve for BizOps, product, and engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of a data warehouse.
• Experience building dimensional models that survive changing stakeholder requirements.
• Expertise in dbt and SQL for analytics transformations.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to define metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python for data engineering (not notebooks, actual pipeline code).
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud warehouse.
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, or similar orchestration.
