You'll partner with GTM executives at Twilio to drive execution on team initiatives and manage complex calendars. Your core impact will be scaling the effectiveness of senior leaders through proactive support and cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and expenses
• Plan and execute team events, offsites, and leadership summits
• Act as point person for executives' direct reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail and discretion with confidential info
• Experience planning domestic and international travel
• Proficient in G-Suite, Zoom, Slack
