You'll lead a team in a premium golf lifestyle boutique in Houston, driving sales and authentic customer experiences. You'll coach team members, oversee inventory and merchandising, and represent Malbon's brand culture of creativity and inclusivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver elevated, customer-first experiences embodying brand values.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve sales goals.
• Analyze KPIs like conversion and AOV to drive improvement.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members for growth.
• Support daily operations including inventory and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous leadership or key holder experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for golf and culture.
• Proven sales acumen with ability to upsell and drive results.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
