💼 About This Role

You'll support our largest clients in their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform, building strong relationships with HR executives. Your core impact is ensuring client renewals by coordinating resources and empowering clients. This role offers total remote work anywhere in Spain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise client accounts
• Develop learning transformation roadmaps with clients
• Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Client Success Manager or related role
• Experience with Enterprise accounts over 2000 employees
• Native French and excellent English proficiency
• Proven knowledge of SaaS B2B industry preferred
