Description

You will ensure exceptional guest experiences by mentoring and training front of house staff, resolving guest issues, and executing marketing strategies. You'll work with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years managing servers, sales, or customer service employees
• 1+ years in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant (no fast food)
• High energy, outgoing, positive leader
• Bachelor's degree in progress preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests
• Handle guest issues and resolve conflicts professionally
• Coach, train, and manage front of house staff
• Act as liaison between front and back of house
• Create and execute marketing strategies and events
