You'll build tooling for AI-forward investigation of malicious users and lead full-stack systems to prevent violations of usage policies. You'll collaborate with product, safety, policy, user operations, and engineering teams to scale integrity efforts across OpenAI's product suite.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in a technical environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
