💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the Client Tech team supporting restaurant clients, blending hands-on operations with strategic process improvements. You'll own people, processes, and quality while preparing for new product launches. This role offers end-to-end ownership in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations including escalations, quality audits, and performance management
  • Build scalable processes to handle increased volume without proportional headcount growth
  • Prepare the team for new product launches and market expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Onboarding

📋 Requirements

  • Experience running an operations team (network ops, IT ops, or similar)
  • Track record of leading Team Leads or supervisors, not just individual contributors
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for client and team communication)
  • Comfortable with technical concepts: networking basics, SSH, VPN, hardware setup
