🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor Skye task board to identify and assign unclaimed jobs.
• Resolve or escalate jobs missing customer information.
• Review unclaimed zip codes and collaborate with servers.
• Notify recruiters of coverage gaps and volume spikes.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of dispatching or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and escalate issues.

• Experience with CRM or sales/ops tools.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
