You'll direct resident care and collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members in a person-centered environment. You'll provide physical and psychological support to residents and families while coordinating and supervising nursing care. This role offers DailyPay and a supportive, non-profit culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired.
