Description

You will build and operate AI-powered features for Calendly's customers, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. You'll own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 6+ years industry experience in applied AI/ML and software engineering
• Experience with GenAI products architecture/system design and implementation
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions for high-traffic, large-data applications
• Understanding of foundation models, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Strong programming skills (Python/Scala/Java/SQL) and data engineering

Responsibilities

• Own AI powered features from design through deployment
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to scope work and define success metrics
• Prioritize work independently balancing feature development, quality, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot deployment pipelines and participate in on-call rotation
• Serve as subject matter expert for features and services you own
