💼 About This Role

You'll join Podium to deploy and optimize VoIP phone systems for local businesses, acting as a technical expert for customers and onboarding teams. Your core impact is ensuring smooth network setups and resolving connectivity issues via testing and configuration adjustments. This role offers growth in a rapidly scaling AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run network tests and resolve issues from test results
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to network setup
• Collaborate with sales, support, and onboarding teams
• Work with customers over Zoom and onsite to troubleshoot phone/network issues

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and SIP protocol
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• VoIP-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA Voice)
• Experience with Wireshark, packet captures, or SIP flows
• Background in customer success, IT support, or telecommunications
