💼 About This Role

You'll shape end-to-end systems that support great stays and scalable hospitality at Airbnb. You'll work across disciplines to orchestrate how services are delivered and experienced. This role focuses on complex cross-functional challenges with touchpoints spanning multiple channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead service design initiatives from current-state mapping to future-state modeling
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, operations, and design to orchestrate multi-touchpoint experiences
• Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on service challenges and opportunities
• Produce service blueprints, journey maps, and process models connecting platform and offline delivery

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in service design or systems-oriented experience design
• Deep fluency in service design methods including journey mapping, blueprinting, and facilitation
• Expert-level collaboration skills across business functions with diverse goals
• Proven ability to define service models spanning product, operations, and business teams
