💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism using a play-based ABA model. Your work will create meaningful progress for families in collaboration with BCBAs and other experts. This role offers fully paid training and certification support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children (autism experience a plus).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites within 30-40 minute radius.

• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
