💼 About This Role

You'll join a new AGI safety product team, working closely with the CEO to build products that monitor AI coding agents for safety and security failures. You'll design and implement scalable backend systems, building data processing pipelines and APIs that make AI agent safety accessible at scale. This role offers significant ownership and impact in a high-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems for AI agent log processing
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines for agent trajectory data
• Develop secure, well-documented RESTful APIs for customer integration
• Implement real-time monitoring and notification systems for safety events

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production backend systems at scale
• Strong Python proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with clear documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time data processing frameworks like Kafka
• Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or building tools for AI applications
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
