You will drive the successful delivery of high-impact business initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across businesses and investment services to assess feasibility, identify challenges, and develop actionable solutions that support the firm's growth. Your work will help ensure alignment and successful launch of new trading products, strategies, office openings, and business verticals.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in financial institution or consulting firm
• Strong analytical skills and financial product knowledge
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Program management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new initiatives including trading products, strategies, office openings, and business verticals for operational requirements and risks
• Partner with business managers to assess and document business plans
• Facilitate discussions to address challenges and propose solutions for new business activities
• Develop materials and participate in meetings with senior leadership to review new initiatives
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives, manage dependencies, risks, and resource needs
