💼 About This Role

You'll lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management programs for a global tech company, driving data-driven reliability improvements across critical systems. You'll define operational health metrics and deliver clear visibility to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management programs end-to-end
  • Define and report on operational health metrics and risks
  • Coach and develop a team of Major Incident Managers
  • Own Post-Incident Review process and drive systemic improvements

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8 years managing Major Incident Management or Problem Management in multinational companies
  • Proven people management experience leading incident-focused teams (Incident Managers, SRE, NOC)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks applied pragmatically in modern engineering
  • Experience establishing post-incident review practices and driving systemic improvements

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage)
  • Experience using AI tooling for outage resolution and problem management
