💼 About This Role
You'll lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management programs for a global tech company, driving data-driven reliability improvements across critical systems. You'll define operational health metrics and deliver clear visibility to leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management programs end-to-end
- Define and report on operational health metrics and risks
- Coach and develop a team of Major Incident Managers
- Own Post-Incident Review process and drive systemic improvements
📋 Requirements
- 5-8 years managing Major Incident Management or Problem Management in multinational companies
- Proven people management experience leading incident-focused teams (Incident Managers, SRE, NOC)
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks applied pragmatically in modern engineering
- Experience establishing post-incident review practices and driving systemic improvements
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage)
- Experience using AI tooling for outage resolution and problem management
