💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth by prospecting and closing new business for Notion's commercial segment in the DACH region. You'll build pipeline, run product demos, and shape our sales motion while providing world-class customer experience to top European accounts. This role offers the chance to be an early sales builder at a fast-growing software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new potential accounts
• Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospects
• Run product demos to close business at or above quota
• Help build playbooks and define sales motion

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of full cycle sales at a software company
• Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
• Fluency in English & German
• Strong communication and presentation skills
