• Lead guest experience on the floor
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
• Manage sales floor coverage and selling initiatives
• Recruit and develop Sales Service Associates and Cashiers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with ability to integrate fun
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results
