• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Build financial models and valuations
• Prepare client marketing materials
• Coach and mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from top undergraduate program
• Seven plus years of investment banking experience
• Five plus years of Industrials experience
• Series 79 and 63 licensing or ability to obtain
