🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and evolve brand identity across all assets
• Shape creative strategy and visual direction for campaigns
• Manage organic channel visual strategy and brand consistency
• Mentor designers and optimize design processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in brand design with 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems and campaign design
• Experience building brand guidelines from scratch
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in consumer tech or health & wellness
• Knowledge of motion design or 3D graphics
• Understanding of marketing funnels and US market
