💼 About This Role

You'll oversee forecasting, planning and master scheduling for a network of manufacturing and fulfillment centers at Factor_, a HelloFresh company. You'll drive end-to-end production planning and solve operational risks to ensure efficient operations. This role offers a chance to impact high-growth supply chain decisions daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own weekly/monthly production and capacity plans
• Track deviations and drive root cause analysis
• Review production performance and update planning rates
• Assess operational risks and lead cross-functional discussions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Associate's degree with 5-10 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience in production planning requiring cross-functional collaboration
