You'll deliver exceptional support to patients, providers, and Navigators on Tendo's MDsave Marketplace, handling pre- and post-purchase communications for medical procedure vouchers. You'll research billing issues, provider payment discrepancies, and resolve aging vouchers while ensuring a seamless experience. This role combines customer service with medical billing expertise at a mission-driven health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails for voucher inquiries.
• Research and resolve patient billing and provider payment issues.
• Investigate and resolve aging vouchers.
• Support providers in using the MDsave Marketplace backend system.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer support experience.
• 2+ years of medical billing experience.
• Working knowledge of medical insurance and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
