You'll own the technical relationship with key prospects and customers at Vanta, leading technical discussions to ensure they get the most out of our Trust Management Platform. Your core impact will be driving rapid customer onboarding and adoption, improving retention and success. This role stands out for its blend of pre- and post-sales responsibilities in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical relationship with customers
• Support customers through their trial process
• Build product examples and documentation
• Provide market feedback to the product team

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Previous B2B SaaS experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and operating systems
• General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript)
