You'll act as a strategic talent architect for Navan's engineering teams, managing complex pipelines for senior technical roles. Your core impact will be influencing hiring strategies through data-driven insights and building scalable frameworks. This role stands out for its combination of full-cycle recruiting ownership and mentorship of the wider recruiting team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Advise senior leaders on hiring strategies with data-driven insights.
- Design recruiting KPIs and frameworks to prioritize diversity.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering roles.
- Mentor team members and share best practices.
๐ Requirements
- 8-12+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for back-end, front-end, mobile software roles.
- Ability to explain technical concepts like microservices vs monoliths.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn and AI-driven tools.

- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Analytical skills to use funnel data and offer acceptance metrics.
