💼 About This Role

You'll plan and schedule all aircraft-based training, ensuring FAA compliance and efficient use of resources. You'll coordinate between instructors, students, and multiple departments to keep training on track. This role directly supports crew scheduling and operational goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule line training events for pilots and flight attendants.
• Manage operational resources to maximize performance.
• Ensure training data is entered into tracking tools.
• Coordinate policy updates based on regulatory changes.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years total airline industry experience.
• Minimum three (3) years part 135/121 scheduling/dispatching or crew/training scheduling.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Airline experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Working knowledge of FAR 121 and FAR 117 as pertains to crew training/scheduling.
• Working knowledge of crew management systems.
