Description

You will lead Jewish learning and provide educational support to Russian-speaking community members globally, focusing on Europe, Asia, and Israel, with some engagement in North America. You will create educational resources, approve learning grants, and ensure houses meet Jewish learning benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jewish education onboarding for new residents
• Create educational resources aligned with community builder program needs
• Support ongoing learning across programs
• Approve Jewish Incentive Opportunities (JIOs) including grants and scholarships
• Conduct site visits to RSJ Houses
