💼 About This Role

You'll repair and maintain Caterpillar and other manufacturers' engines and power generation equipment in a shop or field setting. You'll troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform overhauls, and ensure equipment reliability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and document on field reports
• Repair Caterpillar and other manufacturers' engines and components
• Perform overhauls on engines and support components
• Conduct system surveys and audits for engine systems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in repair/maintenance of marine/EPG equipment
• Valid California Class C Driver's License
• Proficient in diagnostics, testing, and using CAT ET and SIS software
• High school diploma or equivalent with formal training in genset repairs

• Experience with resistive/reactive load testing
• Ability to prepare final reports for end users
• Advanced technical training or certifications
