You'll own the strategic success and revenue expansion of a portfolio of key advertiser accounts in Japan, using Moloco's AI-powered advertising platform. You'll build client relationships, define growth playbooks, and lead complex commercial strategies across mobile apps, gaming, and commerce. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape how Moloco grows in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic direction and revenue outcomes of key accounts
• Build relationships with senior client executives
• Define and execute portfolio-level revenue strategies
• Guide clients on platform usage and performance improvements

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in account management or strategic sales
• Track record in programmatic marketing or ad tech
• Experience owning enterprise accounts end-to-end
• Native/fluent Japanese and business-level English
