💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with clients and leadership to connect real estate portfolio data to business decisions, analyzing trends and regulatory requirements. You'll own complex client projects and improve service delivery through automation and data. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management and analytical work for a sustainability data platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze client portfolio data and regulatory requirements for opportunities and risks
• Deliver product demonstrations and run pilot programs for potential clients
• Lead full data lifecycle from collection to analysis and reporting
• Improve onboarding and service delivery using automation and data

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS, financial services, fund management, or consulting
• Experience managing and interpreting complex datasets in a strategic business context
• Advanced fluency in Excel and PowerPoint and CRM or reporting tools
• Experience working with senior stakeholders including C-suite in a consultative capacity

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GRESB or SFDR reporting frameworks
• Experience in commercial real estate or sustainability
