You'll serve as a front-line representative of the Vivid Seats brand, managing inbound customer interactions across multiple channels. Your core impact will be delivering exceptional service experiences and ensuring a seamless customer journey from purchase through event entry. This role offers growth into specialized areas like Game Center fan engagement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Guide customers through purchase, ticket delivery, and event entry.
- Monitor and resolve order alerts and potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, and live chat.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software.
