🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial performance and forecasting.
• Design and improve internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including senior leadership.
• Expertise in IFRS or US GAAP with deep financial reporting knowledge.
• Proven experience managing audits and complex financial reporting cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale accounting processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams.
