💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. Your core impact is ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love while supporting daily operations and meeting sales targets. You'll also communicate fashion trend information to management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
