You'll lead spacecraft system engineering for lunar lander missions, owning technical budgets and ensuring design integrity. You'll coordinate across subsystems to perform trade-off analyses and maintain the product baseline. This role offers hands-on work with a global team on cutting-edge lunar exploration projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product baseline: requirements, architecture, ICDs, test plans.
• Perform system-level trade-offs coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs.
• Own technical budgets: mass, power, link, data for spacecraft performance.
• Contribute to risk assessments and support risk mitigation planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years systems engineering in space industry under MBSE.
• 3+ years experience in Structure, Thermal, Avionics, GNC, Propulsion, Comms, or Software.
• Experience with Matlab, Python, or equivalent programming languages.

✨ Nice to Have

• Requirements management and traceability until verification.
• Experience with FMECA, reliability analysis, or hazard analysis.
• Native/Business level Japanese.
