Description

You will drive Jumio's global privacy and AI governance program, translating requirements into actionable project plans and processes. You'll work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Support to embed privacy into operations, manage project portfolios using Jira and Confluence, oversee Data Subject Requests, and support AI governance compliance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in privacy program management or privacy operations
• Strong organizational and cross-functional program management skills
• Practical understanding of GDPR and CCPA
• Comfort discussing data flows, APIs, or machine learning models with technical teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy program project portfolio, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence
• Develop, maintain, and report on privacy program metrics and KPIs
• Oversee end-to-end Data Subject Request process with internal teams
• Maintain privacy policies, procedures, RoPA, and AI model inventory
• Coordinate AI Governance Committee activities and drive implementation of technical and procedural controls
