🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and manage SDRs for inbound and outbound engagements.
- Coach team through recurring 1:1s and actionable feedback.
- Create and refine SOPs, scripts, email pitches, and outreach strategies.
- Track performance metrics and ensure SDRs hit and exceed targets.
📋 Requirements
- 7-10 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably B2B.
- Minimum 2 years leading lead generation or SDR/BDR teams.
- Strong track record in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
