🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train, and manage SDRs for inbound and outbound engagements.
  • Coach team through recurring 1:1s and actionable feedback.
  • Create and refine SOPs, scripts, email pitches, and outreach strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure SDRs hit and exceed targets.

📋 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years leading lead generation or SDR/BDR teams.
  • Strong track record in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
