Description

You will lead a sales team in Mexico, coaching account executives, driving enterprise sales strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet targets. This role requires frequent travel and fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising a sales team in Mexico (Enterprise Accounts preferred)
  • 8+ years of technology sales experience
  • At least 2 years managing sales teams handling complex sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Coach a team of ~4 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly/yearly targets
  • Hire and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching for new account executives
  • Support account executives through professional development plans and provide tactical feedback
  • Collaborate with executive team to develop performance metrics
  • Coordinate involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet performance objectives
