You'll own end-to-end site acquisition for Zipline's drone delivery network expansion in the Central US. You'll lead high-volume deal-making from sourcing to signed agreements, closing buildable sites in priority markets. This role offers autonomy with aggressive targets and is part of a mission-driven team revolutionizing logistics.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using broker networks and direct sourcing.
- Lead negotiations from LOI to definitive agreements with Legal support.
- Drive early diligence to qualify buildable sites (zoning, access, utilities).
- Maintain clean CRM and deal documentation with accurate forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of site acquisition / real estate dealmaking experience.
- Proven ability to source and close deals end-to-end.
- Strong negotiation and contracting instincts with sophisticated counterparties.
- Experience with CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline management.

- Experience executing multi-site rollouts and building standardized acquisition programs.
- Working knowledge of early feasibility considerations (zoning, access, utilities).
