You'll drive operational excellence for AI authoring products at Unity, building scalable backend systems that power asset generation and LLM inference. You'll shape technical strategy and establish cross-team infrastructure standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to influence roadmap
• Design scalable solutions for Unity AI products
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of backend systems
• Build and mature infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping complex user-facing software products
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud
• Proven track record in observability tools like Grafana

• Exposure to ML infrastructure or LLM inference deployment
• Backend service development including API design
• Familiarity with C#/.NET, Python, or Go
