Description

You will guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions by delivering personalized, evidence-based care via telehealth. Your work will help close the gender health gap while practicing in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women in midlife
• Conduct telehealth visits with time to listen, educate, and personalize care
• Apply expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Participate in weekly clinical education and collaborate with care team
