You'll design and deploy computer vision systems for a photo documentation app used by contractors. You'll own the full ML pipeline and see your work impact real jobsites daily. This small team gives you end-to-end ownership and architectural decision-making power.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, train, and deploy computer vision models to production.
• Own the full ML pipeline from data preprocessing to deployment.
• Conduct discovery spikes to validate feasibility.
• Integrate ML solutions with observability tooling and benchmarks.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production ML experience
• Experience with computer vision techniques (classification, segmentation, detection)
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong SQL skills including joins and window functions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with embeddings and vector databases
• On-device model deployment (Core ML, TFLite)
• MLFlow or Weights & Biases
