🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product team to build customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows
• Drive full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, launch, iteration
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features
• Work directly with users to understand pain points and translate into solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience at startups or fast-moving companies
• Experience leading product teams beyond owning individual features
• Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity
