Description

You will own full-cycle recruiting for Production Engineering roles at a defense tech company, collaborating with leaders to define hiring needs and improve processes. You'll engage passive candidates, build talent maps, and ensure a positive candidate experience while leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches. This is a hybrid role in Seattle, WA on a 6-month contract.

Requirements

  • 6+ years high-volume talent acquisition experience
  • 3+ years working with senior leaders on talent strategy
  • Experience recruiting Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles at agency and startup
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid in Seattle, WA
  • Experience with ITAR policies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy and communication
  • Conduct high-volume interviews and influence hiring manager preferences
  • Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and SOBO
  • Build talent maps to generate market insights
