🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Perform ticketing, cash handling, theater ushering, and guided tours
• Maintain knowledge of museum policies, programs, and offerings
• Support special initiatives including events and VIP tours

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume guest-service role
• Experience with arts organizations preferred
• Proficiency in ticketing software; Tessitura is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
