You'll lead a team of New Logo Sales Executives to exceed bookings targets and accelerate growth in a high-growth SaaS environment. Your core impact will be driving deal strategy on strategic accounts and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales team. This role offers remote-first flexibility and transparent leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual new logo bookings targets across the team
  • Act as executive sponsor on priority enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
  • Hire, develop, and retain enterprise-caliber sales talent

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience
  • 4-6+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record exceeding bookings objectives in SaaS
  • Experience in complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement

  • Deep understanding of ITSM, iPaaS, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Located in PST or CST time zone
