You'll lead a team of New Logo Sales Executives to exceed bookings targets and accelerate growth in a high-growth SaaS environment. Your core impact will be driving deal strategy on strategic accounts and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales team. This role offers remote-first flexibility and transparent leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual new logo bookings targets across the team
- Act as executive sponsor on priority enterprise opportunities
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
- Hire, develop, and retain enterprise-caliber sales talent
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience
- 4-6+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record exceeding bookings objectives in SaaS
- Experience in complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement

- Deep understanding of ITSM, iPaaS, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Located in PST or CST time zone
