You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers at a student living property. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing optimal service to residents. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and operating systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
