You'll lead and inspire a team of caregivers to provide exceptional home health care for a leading nonprofit agency. Your work will ensure clients receive compassionate, reliable care while you develop care plans and conduct assessments in the Clarks Summit area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and motivate caregivers to provide exceptional care
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, HHAs, and CNAs in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training for clinical staff

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience as an RN
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
