You'll lead a team at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, ensuring excellent guest experience and supporting operational success. You'll develop business acumen and coaching skills to grow into a future Manager while driving sales goals and team performance. This role offers base pay plus commissions and tips in a vibrant salon environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Demonstrate leadership to provide top-tier guest experience aligned with company values.
• Support front and back of house operations and resolve guest service issues.
• Perform all salon services including consultations, chemical services, and styling.
• Coach team members to achieve sales goals and maintain company standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in Texas.
• 1+ year as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and comfortable with POS systems.
