💼 About This Role

You'll join a product squad developing and maintaining 360Learning's collaborative learning platform. You'll tackle complex codebase challenges and contribute to clean architecture for long-term growth. Work with a modern stack including MongoDB, Node.js, and Vue.js with a migration to TypeScript underway.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement new features and maintain existing codebase
• Participate in decentralized peer review process
• Collaborate with product managers and designers
• Document and refactor code for quality and transparency

📋 Requirements

• Significant full stack programming experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS architecture
• Comfortable with algorithms
• Fluent English (US/UK) and B2 French

📨 Hiring Process

Phone screen with recruiter, then a take-home HackerRank test, followed by two technical interviews with software engineers, and finally a culture-fit interview with the Engineering Director.
